Dr. Barış Tunçbilek is an expert in management and organizational theory, having earned both an MBA and a PhD in the field. He's been teaching for 12 years and coaching for 10 years. Soft skills, digital transformation, strategy development, organizational design, performance management, change management, value creation, innovation management, organizational leadership, organizational culture, political theory and human resource management are among his primary educational interests. He also composes music and released two music albums in 2015 and 2020.
