“What does it even look like, Loving unconditionally, not including even a thought of an exception? If we can do it, it is quite the accomplishment. Children do it. Dogs do it. But by the time we are adults, we think Love needs a reason, or a response, or a repayment. Whatever we once thought we needed as “payment” will seem paltry compared to what Love can come up with on her own.” ― Kelly Corbet

“What does it even look like, Loving unconditionally, not including even a thought of an exception?

If we can do it, it is quite the accomplishment. Children do it. Dogs do it. But by the time we are adults, we think Love needs a reason, or a response, or a repayment.

Whatever we once thought we needed as “payment” will seem paltry compared to what Love can come up with on her own.”

LOVING, I completely agree with this quote. Unconditional love is a challenging concept for many of us, as we are conditioned to expect something in return for our love and affection.

But true love does not need any reason or reward, it simply exists and radiates outwards. When we can love unconditionally, without any expectations or conditions, we open ourselves up to the limitless potential of love and all the joy it can bring into our lives. And as the quote says, the rewards of unconditional love are far greater than any payment we could ever receive.
